1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to the Canyon Rush: Moto Racing iOS application (the “App”), the website at canyonrush.net (the “Site”), and support communications sent to us. Canyon Rush is published by Maksim Arsic (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
2. Information we and our service providers may handle
Information you provide
If you contact support, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your email address, message, screenshots, device details, or other troubleshooting information.
Gameplay and local app information
The App may store settings and gameplay information locally on your device, such as your best time, attempt information, advertising timing state, and a local record that a Remove Ads purchase has been recognized. Deleting the App may remove locally stored information, although Apple may continue to recognize purchases and Game Center data associated with your Apple Account.
Apple Game Center
If you use the leaderboard, Apple may provide the App with information needed to display and submit leaderboard results, such as a Game Center player identifier, display name, score, and related leaderboard data. Apple controls Game Center authentication and processes this information under its own privacy policy.
Apple StoreKit and in-app purchases
Remove Ads is processed by Apple. We may receive transaction status, product entitlement, and transaction identifiers needed to complete or restore the purchase. We do not receive your full payment-card details.
Advertising and diagnostics
The App uses the Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob). Depending on your device, region, settings, consent status, and Google’s configuration, Google may process information such as IP address (which may be used to estimate general location), device or app identifiers, crash logs, performance information, advertising data, and interactions with the App or ads. Google may use this information to deliver, limit, measure, protect, and improve advertising and related services.
Website access
The Site is hosted through Cloudflare. When you visit it, Cloudflare may process standard connection and security information, such as IP address, browser or device information, requested pages, timestamps, and security events. The Site does not intentionally use advertising cookies or analytics scripts.
3. How information is used
Information may be used to:
- operate gameplay, leaderboards, purchases, restoration, and advertising;
- remember settings and provide app functionality;
- diagnose crashes, prevent fraud or abuse, and improve reliability;
- respond to support requests;
- comply with legal obligations and enforce our rights.
4. Third-party services and sharing
We use service providers only for functions connected to the App and Site. These providers may process information under their own terms and privacy policies:
- Apple — Game Center, StoreKit, purchase processing, and platform services. Apple Privacy Policy.
- Google — AdMob advertising and related measurement, diagnostics, fraud prevention, and delivery. Google Privacy Policy.
- Cloudflare — website hosting, delivery, and security. Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the App, or as part of a business transfer subject to appropriate safeguards.
5. Your choices and privacy rights
- Advertising choices: Device and regional privacy settings may affect how advertising is delivered. Where an in-app privacy-options control is available, you may use it to review or change applicable choices.
- Game Center: You can manage Game Center through your Apple device settings.
- Purchases: Use the Restore button in the App to ask Apple to restore an eligible non-consumable purchase.
- Support data: You may ask us to access, correct, or delete information you sent directly to support.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or obtain a copy of certain personal information. To make a request, email us at the address below. We may need to verify the request. Information controlled solely by Apple, Google, or Cloudflare must generally be requested from that provider.
6. Retention and deletion
Local gameplay information remains on your device until removed by the App, reset, or deleted with the App. Support communications are retained only as long as reasonably necessary to answer the request, maintain support records, prevent abuse, or meet legal requirements. Apple, Google, and Cloudflare retain information according to their own policies. You may request deletion of information held directly by us by contacting us.
7. Children
Canyon Rush is a general-audience game and is not directed specifically to children under 13. We do not knowingly request personal information directly from children. A parent or guardian who believes a child sent us personal information may contact us to request deletion.
8. Security and international transfers
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the information we handle. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure. Our service providers may process information in countries other than your own and apply protections described in their policies and required by applicable law.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the App, Site, service providers, or legal requirements change. The revised policy will be posted here with an updated date.
